CYC City is dedicated to school-aged groups during school terms (Monday to Friday) and has been purposely designed to ensure student safety. We do not take backpackers or individual bookings.

CYC City sits in the heart of Melbourne CBD, right next to Southern Cross Station, making it an ideal meeting point for church groups travelling from across Victoria. With comfortable rooms and well-equipped facilities, the space supports private workshops, meaningful discussions and genuine rest. All whilst being right in the pulse of city life and its many attractions.

City CYC is a modern, 220-bed group accommodation venue situated in a beautiful heritage-listed building in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Catering exclusively for groups (usually of 30+ people), City CYC welcomes school, church, youth and community groups – no backpackers or individual bookings.

Up to 220+ beds located over five levels, spread across 52 stylish rooms with varying capacities of 2 to 6 people, so your whole group can stay in one central city venue.

Versatile Spaces to Gather

We have 2 fully equipped theatre like spaces for gatherings of either up to 40 or 150 people, with lounges located on each level to facilitate conversation & connection.

Secure Access

Our heritage building has been refurbished with 21st century amenities. Including security: Key tag for entry, lift, room & function room access.

Free Wi-fi

Free wi-fi throughout the facility assures that you won’t have to worry about staying connected to your loved ones while being away or research on things to do in the city.

Resident Caretaker

There is always someone you can go to for any accommodation or facility related issues on-site.

Convenient Location

Located next to Southern Cross Station and tram lines, giving schools and groups quick access to transport and top city highlights.

We offer disabled access and are fully accredited by the Australian Camps Association and the National Accommodation & Tourism Accreditation.
